I'm in the middle of this nightmare to provide pictures of my purchase without any decision so far. I have purchased Arma suede beige jacket from them but received a grey one, so I have asked for a return. It has being a week already since that. They are saying that they need a time to investigate with their partner boutique. Investigate what? I have purchased it from Baltini, not from some partner boutique. Rather disappointing experience of their customer/return service. Be aware. Never again.
