Total waste of time company with a totally useless customer service dept.
Ordered the Honor magic V5 online from there website as they were giving away many free items. The parcel was delivered and when opened the phone was missing i have contacted them many times quoting the consumer rights act 2015 which they have totally ignored , I have contacted the police who are not interested as they say no crime has been committed and I raised a dispute with Pay pal and they have dismissed my claim as the Honor have provided tracking details to them. Citizens advice have been very helpful and I am now in the process of arranging a court date to enforce my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 this company are really the worst customer service I have ever encountered Please everyone stay well clear of them. Has any one else been in this situation? And if you have did you get your money back ?
