Poor communication + slack shipping
Initially I wrote a one star review calling this a scam as I had ordered a bag 3+ months ago and never shipped nor received any updates, but after posting they reached out to me and said my order was originally out of stock, they then shipped the item and it arrived immediately. The bag is good quality and as described, but the company really needs better communication.
