Delayed Communication, But Finally Received My Grinder
08/04/2025: Still no response after ordering a grinder in stock I placed an order for a coffee grinder on April 1st through df64coffee.com. The product was listed as “in stock” at the time of purchase. Since then, the order status hasn’t changed — it still says “Your order is confirmed,” but there’s been no update, no shipping confirmation, and no indication of when I’ll receive my grinder. I’ve sent a couple of emails through their contact form and directly, but I haven’t received any reply. It’s been over a week, and I’m starting to feel scammed. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be forced to file a formal complaint. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this website. Update 22/04/2025 They got back to me about 10 days ago and said they hadn’t received my emails. Since then, the order status has changed, and I’m expecting to receive the grinder sometime this week. Communication is important in any purchase, so I hope things go more smoothly from here. I’ll keep updating as things move forward. Update 24/04/2025: The grinder has arrived as expected. Everything is fine, though it was a shame about the initial misinformation. The website is reliable, but communication could have been better.
