I have just cancelled my subscription
I have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth and I cannot believe companies are STILL behaving in this way. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight. The colours are ok but I have found way better at Boots for less than half the price. The ash tones are just too weak and the colours always end up looking brassy
