Exceptional customer service ***** I bought my partner a weight training belt for Christmas but when it arrived it was smaller than expected. I contact RDX who immediately responded and offered me and exchange even though the item was not showing available online. This was posted and received the next working day. Only thing I would say is size up as the measurements online are slightly different to the item received.
