Bait and switch
Technician arrived ontime, however the website said $119 for the cleaning of my washing machine. When he arrived he looks at it, took some pics of it, then came and told me it would cost $249 to clean it. It's not filthy, just had a mildew smell and is less than two years old. When I explained that the website said $119 he said that is just for coming out, not the cost of the cleaning.
