Pillows are excellent
After waiting around 2 weeks with no shipping update, I reached out to customer service and was told that there was not enough stock to fulfill my order. They were prompt in getting back to me and honest about the delay, however a backorder notification on-site would have been appreciated. Giving 4 stars because customer service followed up multiple times during my waiting period, and after the package was shipped and arrived to me. The pillows are also excellent!
