Wetravel should be avoided as their payment procedures require users to not only pay "transfer fees" but also to use Wetravels exchange rates which are quite unreasonable compared to the rates used by banks. In a recent situation I had, wetravel wanted a fee of 41 Euros to make an international payment but their system also forced me to use their exchange rates which added more than 250 Euros to the cost compared to the exchange rate my bank would use.
