Just attempted to purchase a pair of clearanced shoes. It is Race Weekend, the Bristol store is very busy. Very understaffed and VERY RUDE. The cashier walked off with the shoes because they were in the wrong size box. Cashier rudely advised I would need to wait until the CORRECT box was located to make the purchase to keep their inventory correct. The new Rural King store in Kingsport will GLADLY take my money.
