Ordered DF54 on the 4th April
[initially 1 star] Ordered DF54 on the 4th April - website states to get in touch if no dispatch notification within 7 days of order. Emailed the hello and support email addresses alongside messaging on instagram with no response as of the 15th April. I’m sure it will turn up at some point but the communication surrounding the order has been pretty poor upto this point. Edit - Grinder arrived today in working order. Was dispatched the day after posting review (unsure if coincidence or not) but had good updates from DHL. If you’re okay with some time from order to dispatch then would recommend.
