Great customer service! Thank you Ionie.. I was going back and forth with a customer service agent trying to solve an issue with an order. Two days after the issue was raised, I was reassigned to Ionie C. What a relief! 24 hours later, the problem was solved, with no email follow-up, call, or anything else needed. Solved!
