This airline rescheduled my flight by nearly two hours and didn't bother offering a single alternative. No options, no consultation, just a notification announcing that my day was now theirs to rearrange. The consequences were entirely mine to absorb. I missed an important meeting and paid almost 3000 rupees for a taxi to salvage what was left of my plans, a fee I now consider this airline's unofficial "we ruined your day" surcharge.
