My overall experience was excellent. I used CHT to book a ticket from Beijing to Xian. A storm came through Beijing which cancelled many flights and trains. I couldn't get the train site to work, for me, to check that status of my flight. I contacted CHT and they checked the status for me. Upon learning it was cancelled, they were able to rebook me on a train that left only two hours later! I was incredibly grateful I used CHT to book my tickets otherwise I would have been stuck in a travel disaster!
