DISAPPOINTING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2025 For context i was looking for a Wireless Headset with microphone specifically at SM Urdanet City, MINISO located on the second floor, and i was very disappointed by the lack of assistance, i was asking very politely and kindly to the person who was working on the register if the headset has a mic on it, and her respond was (yes it has a mic), and i asked again politely if where is the microphone, and the resposnd i get was (its there), well when i fanally bought the headset there was no microphone and i was really disappointed, the woman on front desk was so rude and lacks costumer service, lacks of giving any information detail about the products.
