SF Express is almost a scam company
I purchased some items from Amazon Japan which didn’t arrive and are apparently lost. There is no customer service at SF and the tracking data is cryptic at best and maybe not even real. Amazon Japan agreed that the package was probably lost and is shipping replacement items. They have also honored a request to ship via DHL and not a crappy shipper like SF.
