Follow-up: still misleading, still overpriced, still not a brand
Since I can’t reply directly to Kiikio’s response on my first review, here’s a follow-up with the full picture.
Kiikio claims they “clearly indicate” their collaboration with STARTEXCEEDEND. No — they don’t. There’s no mention on the homepage or About page. The only hint is a tiny vendor label hidden low on the product page. That’s not clear branding — that’s hoping no one notices.
They also defend their 3–5× price markup by saying they offer “free shipping and no tax.” But that’s misleading. You don’t pay one fair shipping fee — you’re charged inflated prices per item, like €90 for something that costs €23 on Taobao. That’s not covering shipping — that’s cashing in. I paid over €300 for items that would've cost ~€100 with shipping if I ordered directly from China.
When I reached out to ask about this, I didn’t get a discussion. I got blocked on Instagram.
Kiikio doesn’t design or photograph anything. They reuse the same Taobao images with their watermark, pretend it’s an exclusive product, and mark it up. This isn’t a brand. It’s dropshipping with a fake boutique mask.
Don’t fall for the aesthetic. Use Google Lens. Check the source. You’ll save your money — and your dignity.

KIKiikio★★★★★
This brand is a straight-up scam — dropshipping Taobao clothes and lying about it.
I actually bought from Kiikio. Two shirts and a pair of pants. I liked them — until I found out I paid triple the price for something that’s mass-produced in China and sold on Taobao for a fraction of the cost. You can look up “STARTEXCEEDEND” on Taobao and see for yourself.
What pissed me off isn’t even the markup — it’s the lies.
They claim these are their own designs. But when I confronted them about it, they blocked me on Instagram. On their site, they list Kiikio as the brand name. In reviews, they suddenly say they “support niche Chinese designers.” Which is it? You can’t have it both ways. Either you're a brand or you're a reseller.
The fact is: they don’t design anything. They don’t photograph anything. They take the original Taobao product photos, upload them to their store, slap on fake branding, and charge 3–5x the price. And when you call them out? They get defensive, gaslight reviewers, insult people, and hide behind vague copy-paste replies.
Look through the reviews. They’ve called people annoying, troublemakers, even used slurs.
This is not a designer brand.
This is a glorified middleman with attitude.
Use Google Lens. Use your brain.
Don’t support scammers.
