Very disappointed with Lacemade.
Edit: Thank you for response my order number is #109914 I will update this comment with my experience from now. I placed an order and was asked to provide my ID, which I sent via email. Since then, no one has responded. My shipment status is still unfulfilled, and I’ve received no updates or support. I tried contacting through email, Instagram DMs, and the website chatbot—no replies at all. I have an important event coming up, and I’m left without any information or option to cancel. This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. I expected better service.
