Toni Abad was very very friendly and professional. She used patience while I had to go get my wallet. Lol I enjoyed speaking with to her. She asked if I had any questions before ending our interaction and clearly explained everything including part numbers and directions for entering payment. I truly appreciate Samsungs commitment to keeping my credit card data safe with that new system of data collection. I did not experience anything with Toni Abad that would require improvement.
