Abysmal service and customer support
Abysmal service and customer support. I booked a vehicle 3 months in advance with home delivery for a wedding. And on the day itself, the car insurance has expired, the car is nowhere to be found and the customer support team is not responsive on the matter. No advance notice was given and I had to go through multiple avenues for support to no avail. Be very wary about using their service. Because if things go wrong, and in this case it absolutely did, their service standards will leave you without a car and in the dark.
