Super slow server speed
TLDR: Vodien server speed is super slow and it is pratically unusable, such that they lost me as a customer after 16 years. I was with vodien for more than 16 years, but recently the speed is so slow that it takes between 4 sec to 10sec to load a page. I contacted support and they assured me that the server speed is in tip top condition. So I hired someone to optimise my site, and the person said they have done what they can, and it's really server speed issue. So I contacted support again and they again said the same thing that the server speed is great. So i decided to move server. After more than 16 years with Vodien, the inertia to move is so great, but I don't really have a choice since they can't resolve it. And now guess what, my website is fast now! It's crazy how fast my website is now as compared to when I was on Vodien. And that's also after support saying that the server is in great condition. Their service now is unusable, so good luck to them and to future users.
