Disappointed
Customer service for tracking was good, but I asked for a custom wig and they said they would do it, they sent me a regular wig on a regular cap I asked for 1b roots on a small cap. wig was 200 dollars, it is not full human hair either. I took the hair out the pack it was super hard so I had to wash it before wearing it, it was matting up so bad I told them and all they could offer was 15 dollar discount on a 200 dollar wig, not a offer to send another wig that is actually fully human hair. very disappointed and will not be ordering again. - Response to your response tuneful: I did email you all and told you all that I was not satisfied with my order and all you could offer me was 15 dollars when the wig was 200 dollars. so that is not a true statement, the moment I emailed you all and stated my concerns something should have been done whether it was a full refund or a new wig.
