Exceptional Customer Service from Teresa at Encompass Parts
I had the pleasure of working with Teresa from Encompass Parts when I called in to inquire about parts for a Midea Due portable AC. Teresa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct part. She even ran across the warehouse to check on the availability and accuracy of the part I needed, demonstrating outstanding dedication and customer service. Her thoroughness and commitment to getting it right made a huge difference in my experience. It's rare to encounter such attentive service, and I truly appreciate Teresa's efforts. She is a credit to Encompass Parts, and I am grateful for her assistance! Highly recommended for anyone needing parts or expert advice.
