Horrible experience — dishonest stock info, no communication, and weeks of delay
I placed an order for a KuKirin G2 electric scooter on May 2nd from kukirin-scooter.com, under the impression that the item was in stock and ready for fast EU delivery — as clearly advertised on their website. What I received instead was radio silence. No tracking number. No shipping confirmation. No updates. I waited six full days and sent two emails, both of which were completely ignored. It wasn’t until I directly threatened to leave a negative review and report them to PayPal that they finally responded — and what did I find out? That the scooter wouldn’t even arrive in their warehouse until May 23rd. That’s over three weeks after I placed the order — and they never once informed me of this at checkout or in a follow-up email. Had I not pushed them, I’d still be sitting here in the dark, wondering where my money went. This is a dishonest, unprofessional business that clearly has no regard for their customers’ time or trust. They are knowingly taking orders for products they don’t have in stock, failing to communicate delays, and only respond when threatened. That’s not how you run a business — that’s how you run people away. I’ve now requested a full refund through PayPal and strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this store completely. Pay a bit more and buy from a trustworthy, established seller with real customer service. This headache is not worth it.
