I am a 73 year old widow who needed help
I am a 73 year old widow and love my Robot 3, it has been a life changer. It stopped working yesterday and I tried to fix it but couldn’t figure it out. I got a wonderful young man named Norbert who was so kind and so very patient with me. He talked me through how to fix it and it worked!! He spent a lot of time with me and I am so grateful. I would give him a big hug 🤗 if I could. Thank you Norbert you deserve a raise 😉
