Edit 2/24/26: Changed from 1 star to 2 stars. The company just sent me a working manual via PDF, about 10 months after the original purchase. They are claiming they refunded me but I need to confirm it with Paypal. I never received any notification I was refunded. I also never received a reply when I requested a refund, so I assumed they were scamming me. I'm updating because someone from the company is emailing me and harassing me about my poor reviews on several platforms for their mistakes. There is a language barrier I believe because they are coming off rude and entitled, like I should be so grateful that they delivered a "free" product 10 months late. I told them I would revise the reviews, however, I would be honest. **I would never do business with this company again for their lack of communication with me and poor customer service. Since they did deliver the product and I downloaded it, I will pay for it if I determine I was refunded. ----------------------------------------------------------- Original review: Paid for about 45 days ago, and they never sent me the manual for a 2024 genesis gv70 EV. avoid avoid avoid!! To clarify, this is a review for factory-manuals.com, NOT factory-manuals.net. The owner claims that poor 1-3 star reviews are mistakenly left here for another company, factory-manuals.net, howver, I cannot confirm or deny that is happening. All I can say is this was a very poor and delayed transaction where the product was not delivered in the 24-48 hours they claimed it would be.
