The cost of changing title is ₹15000/- in Indigo
My wife and me planned to travel from Bengaluru to Sydney.Booked Indigo and their code shared partner Quantas for Bengaluru-Singapore and Singapire-Sydney flights. By mistake my wife's title was mentioned as Mr which was noticed about a week before the journey. We contacted Indigo to make the correction. They said it is impossible to correct and told us to cancel and rebook the flight. Finally I had to cancel my wife's flight and rebook. We spent another ₹15000/- for this and travelled in separate flights from Singapore to Sydney. The whole experience of reaching the customer service executive takes a lot of time as they persuade customers to use the chatbot. Even when you reach the customer executive they were not helpful.
