Mother’s Day necklace never arrived
Ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day. It seems to have been made but never shipped and Magal does not answer emails. Going to dispute the charge today. Very disappointed mother on her first Mother’s Day. Edit 5/24/25: Magal finally reached out after the original review and managed to get the necklace to us a week after Mother’s Day. No offer of a discount or credit. Charge dispute cancelled but will def never order from them again.
