⚠️ SCAM ALERT
⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. – Defective Grass Bumper Cars & Safety Violations on Alibaba Do not buy from Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd., and do not trust Alibaba's Trade Assurance to protect your business capital. I purchased commercial 48V adult bumper cars from the supplier Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd., which were explicitly advertised, sold, and documented to operate on grassland and lawns. Instead of the turf-capable vehicles promised, this company shipped dangerous, defective machines featuring tiny, smooth slick tires. They have zero traction and completely fail to move the moment they touch a blade of grass. Worse, Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. shipped these heavy commercial machines with no safety belts, creating an extreme liability and safety hazard for passengers. When I opened an official Alibaba Trade Assurance dispute and uploaded video proof showing the vehicle failing to operate on a lawn, the Alibaba mediation team completely ignored the evidence. They protected a fraudulent Chinese supplier, rejected my case for a full refund, and insultingly offered a tiny $200 credit to keep three heavy, non-functional machines. Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. uses deceptive marketing, substitutes safe parts for cheap alternatives, and ignores basic safety requirements. Avoid this supplier entirely if you are a US business owner looking for reliable amusement rides. • Supplier Name: Zhengzhou Kaileqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd.
