Refuse to do returns but pretend they will
Ordered the same shirt in 2 sizes bc they said they do returns. Each shirt was about 60. I decided to keep one and return the other. You have to email to initiate a return. -They started asking me about the measurements because they supposedly care about quality. I said it wasn’t a quality issue, it’s that I don’t need two and now know which fits. -They then told me I should just keep the second shirt and donate it to a friend but wouldn’t give a refund. I told them I want to return the shirt for a refund. -Then they told me I wouldn’t want to because shipping would be too much. I told them no, I want a refund and I’ll pay for shipping. -They then emailed saying I should keep the shirt and they’ll give me 40% my next order. What next order?! I have asked FIVE times now to do a return and they keep telling me what I want instead. Reported them to my credit card as fraud.
