I have a lot of good experience with all my Ryobi tools just keep going. A little more than 2 years ago I bought a new 36V MAX 6 ah battery to my 36V tools. A couple a weeks ago I put the battery in the lawnmower but it didn’t work. I filed a complaint to Ryobi and got the answer: The BMS is broken, it is nothing you can do about it. Little did I know that I could have got a replacement if I had registered the battery at Ryobi website. Maybe it is better to by a compatible battery instead or start buying another brand!
