Great customer service
These glases are pretty sweet. I have the RayNeo air 3s and could not be happier with them with only on exception the cable that came with them is a bit too short for what i was intending to use them for. I have a desk set up for work and where i have my pc setup the cable is not long enough for me to be connected and still use my desk. If i was using the glasses for mobile gaming or for my phone it is perfect but for my setup i need something a bit longer. I wrote in to find out about a longer cable and they got back to me the next morning. They asked for some additional information about which glasses I had and are now working on getting a longer cable to me.
