Great customer service… except when you actually need it!
I was subscribed to Kiwico for more than a year and had received very nice service this whole time. After my last renewal I decided to cancel it for financial reasons. I have never received my crate and it’s been 2 whole months. I contacted customer service after 3-4 weeks to let them know that my shipping link was not updating and that I had not received anything. They told me they would send a new one after I confirmed my info. I did and waited. After another 3 weeks, no crate. I write another email, they tell me I never confirmed my information. I answer back with the previous email thread and since no more answer from the customer service. I asked them to reimburse me, still no answer after a whole week! This is highly unscrupulous behaviour.
