Customer support says everything is fine until my package is returned to the sender (they sent it to someone else's address, they didn't accept it, and now it's on its way back to them). No help, nothing! Just excuses. Order number sph218872. Honestly, this is the worst purchase in terms of customer support. I never thought it could be so terrible. I'd say it's a scam. (They say it's on its way to me while my package is on its way back to them.)
