Scam company
Order #166073 confirmed Scam company - there is no way to directly contact them. I ordered AND PAID for jewelry item 3 weeks ago and order is still in USPS waiting on sender status and they will not cancel & refund the order. It takes 2-3 days to reply back and instead of refunding They just keep saying we are keeping an eye on the order - scam company that will steal your money Thanks for your response - I have emailed and tried to chat with you several times (since Magal has no phone number to actually talk to someone) since Magal took my money on 5/3/25 (for a Mother’s Day gift that was a week ago) and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded on 5/9/25 since the USPS status was still “awaiting sender” - it is now 5/18/25 (15 days since you took my money) and USPS IS STILL AWAITING SENDER and no attempt to refund my money - just messages and emails that “we are working on it” definitely a scam operation! Definitely a SCAM company - it’s now May 24 - ordered item AND PAID on May 7 - USPS STILL shows “Awaiting Sender” not even sent 17 days later!!!!!!!!
