Drops out often
Drops out often/daily. Signs me out randomly. Sometimes can't access the internet when VPN becomes active whereas internet was accessible without VPN. The company takes ages to respond via email & refuses to provide phone support, even after I told them the steps they provided me with didn't work. It's a huge hassle because I am in China and I need a VPN to do anything. I am not waiting for my subscription to run out, I am actively seeking a new VPN service & would not recommend unlimited to anyone.
