Beijing between heaven and earth
Second stop of our trip in China. Unfortunately, our first guide was substandard (his name was FORD): poor English and not professional at all. We requested a change and Nora reacted quickly providing a replacement. Our new guide’s name was ALLAN, very professional and knowledgable about the sites. The only problem was that he was wearing a mask and sometimes was difficult to understand. The forbidden city was good but full if people, 2 hours waiting to get there. The great wall was the highlight of Beijing together with the lama temple and the temple of heaven. The summer palace was also worth visiting. A must tip: go early and avoid weekends and holidays. We stayed 3.5 days.
