Not A Printing Firm - Wrong Product and they won't change it.
I had no idea this was not a printing company but an outsourcing agent for printers. I purchased two shirts from Non-Toxic Masculinity not knowing it was not them selling nor providing the shirts, but Prinitify, a middleman operation. I reached out to them showing the receipt/packing slip, which showed the product I ordered. What they sent was totally different. Along with it being the wrong shirt, it was miss struck when they did the screen printing and the words start further to the right hand side and angle upward (are unlevel). When I reached out to Printify a lady responded stating: The Product Title says: "Read Books. Lift Weights. Fight Fascists." Unisex Tee However, the design file for this order is: "Read books. Drink whiskey. Fight fascists." Well I ordered the product title and it shows on the packing slip. NOTHING about drinking whiskey. She also included a pic of the Drink Whiskey shirt showing how straight and level the printing is ADVERTISED AS BEING. Since she said because the "design file" was wrong I would not be sent the correct shirt. I have no control over whatever the design file is. The order form nowhere says anything about a design file. It shows the product only. I have made it clear that I know how to market and would simply like to have them do the right thing. Given the price of the shirts, $30, and it not being super quality in any way, I think they can afford it. When the online order form says you are buying X and then the packing slip and receipt both say you ordered X, and Y is delivered, how is that the customer's problem. Even the order confirmation shows and states the shirt I ordered. NOTHING about any design file. I wish Trustpilot had a way to attach images of the product and packing slip, etc. BTW This company and Printful are the same companies for the last year and a half. I won't buy anything if I see either name. EDIT:7/3 they said they would reach out to me in their comments. They never did.
