Needs Work
The PC app has problems connecting between caller and callee. I get so many calls every day where the phone rings, I pick it up and all I hear is dead air. The caller sometimes calls back 3 or 4 times before we can both hear each other. The cell phone app for both Apple and Droids is lacking in consistency. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. There are literally times where you cannot use the transfer arrows to transfer a call. Your customer service is Good!
