I’m an entrepreneur and I signed up for KrispCall to get a professional U.S. number for my business (I live outside the US). Big mistake. The service barely worked for a few days. Since then, I haven’t been able to receive essential verification calls (like PayPal, for example). Calls don’t even ring, they’re instantly marked as “missed,” without ever reaching my phone. I’ve been locked out of important business accounts, which seriously disrupted my operations. Customer support? Useless. They just sent a generic response like “it works for some users.” Basically: figure it out yourself. The service is unstable, and the app is buggy. Avoid this platform if you have real professional needs. It’s not reliable, and definitely not serious. One star (and that’s already too much).
