After 3 years of great use
After 3 years of great use, a screw unfortunately broke inside my NeueChair frame. Since a simple fix wasn't possible, customer support didn't hesitate and replaced the entire chair frame for me. The replacement arrived in just a few days. The whole process was incredibly smooth, fast, and hassle free. Zero complaints whatsoever, this level of long term support is absolutely top tier!
