Moogold not sending and refunding order…
Moogold not sending and refunding order despite proof of no purchase record. Moogold keeps refunding my orders for no reason, stating the reason being that the order limit for the account has reached. However that is not true as I have screenshots that show that there were no orders made, thus they refund for no reason, and refuse to escalate or help solve the problem.
