As the owner of Coldstream Plumbing & Heating Ltd., I signed up with ServiceTitan expecting professional support and a platform tailored for trades. What I received was broken onboarding, support delays, platform limitations, and a completely unprofessional experience. After raising multiple concerns and receiving no resolution, we canceled — only to be hit months later with nearly $20,000 in unjust charges and sent to collections without warning. We’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer Protection Ontario and gone public to warn other companies. Avoid ServiceTitan at all costs unless you want broken promises and a legal fight for cancelling a service that failed to deliver.
