I was unfairly banned from Metin2 for allegedly using a fraudulent card, even though all my payments were made legally through my personal PayPal account. I have submitted clear proof (screenshots, payment confirmations, transaction IDs), and opened several support tickets, but the support team only sends automated copy-paste replies without reviewing any of the evidence. I followed all the steps advised by their own legal department, yet I received no real review or resolution. It’s a shame that a company blocks legitimate paying users without checking the facts or listening to them, and then ignores all further communication.
