Issues with a Dogtra Device
I called Dogtra because I had issues with my device. I've found Dogtra Customer Service to be extremely Professional and very friendly, and a real person answered the phone to my surprise, and I was happy to be able talk to a real person. I sent my device for them to repair, but the costs were almost the same as a new device. I was offered a good deal on a replacement device and ordered a new device. I was very happy and impressed the way Ruby (Customer Service) was able to help me. She understands what Customer Service means. Thank you Ruby.
