Had a problem but got refunded
I bought 2 Esims for turkey and activated it before travel. On reaching Istanbul, both sim got connected but no internet. May be, it is because my mobile got autoconnected with the network which does not support their esims. If this is the case, they should have informed me to get connected with a specific network manually instead of auto select network. Anyways, I bought two new eSims from istabul airport as their esims were not working. Subsequently I contacted them and they promised to refund my money.
