Extremely Disappointed
I strongly regret purchasing the Leopard Print Deep V-Neck Mermaid Dress from this vendor. The sizing was completely inconsistent — parts of the dress fit, while other areas were dramatically oversized and unwearable. The garment looked nothing like a properly tailored mermaid dress and felt poorly constructed. When I reached out for a return, instead of providing a simple resolution, they asked for highly detailed body measurements and even what stores I shop at. This felt unnecessary and like a tactic to avoid processing the refund. They initially offered only a 20% refund to keep an item that does not fit and cannot be worn. After insisting on a full refund, they stated I could return it — but only if I paid for international shipping, including taxes and customs fees, to an address in Guangzhou, China. This means that although they advertise a “100% refund,” the customer is responsible for costly overseas shipping and customs charges, which can easily exceed the value of the dress itself. That is not a customer-friendly return policy. The sizing was inaccurate, the quality was disappointing, and the return process has been unnecessarily complicated and expensive. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are willing to risk losing your money if the item does not fit.
