I purchased an HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand (it's supposed to do 80w!), and the product details said it came with a free charging adapter– you know, the one you need to make it work properly. But Voptronics totally forgot to put it in the box! Their customer service said I didn't even need it, which was super unhelpful. Seriously, this is the second time they've messed up. I should have known better after the whole mess with my 360 phone case – the front part basically melted, and they wouldn't help me return or exchange it. What a nightmare company.
