Extremely disappointed with Singer’s after-sales service. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It all started with my first service request on May 27, 2025 (Ref No: WO25052715566337), where my location was incorrectly recorded. It took multiple calls just to correct the address and raised another complaint on June 5, 2025 (Ref No: WO25060516088335), get the technician to visit. the repair didn’t even last a day. since then, I’ve had to call the technician three times. Each time, I was assured that he will visit “soon.” It’s now been over four days, and no one has shown up .What’s worse is that these issues started just after the warranty expired — a clear sign of poor product quality and complete lack of proper after-sales support. Absolutely unacceptable from a brand like Singer. I expected far better. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the company.
