I would recommend this company and Joe:) for superior customer service. I ordered my chair and love it, but unfortunately too small for our family. I was past my window of returning but Joe came up with a very nice offer for me and I truly appreciate that, as it was my fault, in not realizing the time frame. The chair itself is awesome too, just it is a little on the smaller side:(… I cannot give this company enough credit for making this situation a little easier. Thank you Joe. Shalise Imke
